Advertising Agreement

This is an agreement between 20/20 Vision Factory and the Advertiser, _______________________________ Where in 20/20 Vision Factory agrees to provide for the Advertiser their choice below of advertising placement either on the 20/20 Vision Factory Silver Valley Web Site or The Great Ohio River. Prices are based in accordance to ad form.

Package A. Small Business. $20.00 per month or $180.00 per year (You save $60.00). Placement of your ad or Logo, card or photo ad on Website with address, hours, ph# etc. and description of goods/services offered.

Package B. Corporate. $200.00 per month or $2000 per year (You save $400.00). Placement of your ad or Logo, card or photo ad on Website with address, hours, ph# etc. and description of goods/services offered.

20/20 Vision Factory will do everything it can to ensure and verify that the advertising produced is correct, but no guarantee is given, neither expressed nor implied other than; should the ad be found in error, inform 20/20 Vision Factory and at their discretion will either re-upload the corrected ad to web or issue a refund.
